This thread recommends 'Spell damage reduction vs storage units'
I think the idea request and feature change this thread was asking for has been lost sight of. I will show a math formula to involve what I am offering here...
If I were say a TH8 and I decided to attack a TH9 I would get 20% of whatever his available loot is. (This is factual)
Now, say that the TH9 has lv4 Storage stabilizers, that 20% available is then reduced by another 40% vs spell damage only!
I know this still may not make sence to some so I will define it further....
40% from 20% (as a total) reduces the 20% by another 8% So...the actual loot available by a spells damage to the TH9 now reduced by 12% due to the lv4. Stabilizer.
To take it even one step further, my original idea involved each stabilizer level increase by 15% damage reduction vs spells. So the lv 4 stabilizer would reduce 60% from the initial 20% of loot available by spell damage. Redefined, a spell would do 8% damage to a TH9 if the TH9 had lv 4 stabilizers. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU GET 8% OF THE LOOT!! IT MEANS YOUR SPELLS DAMAGE IS REDUCED BY THE PERCENTAGE EQUAL TO THE LEVEL OF THE STABILIZER.
I like my original percentages better but my new projected percentages from this thread involve even further advancement in TH levels past TH10!
My original idea caps at 90% SPELL DAMAGE reduction.
SPELL DAMAGE REDUCTION!
I'm not trying to be rude or arrogant I'm trying to be sincere. I understand that understanding math is not easy for everyone. (My gf for perfect example) and I accept that.
This is another formula that may help ;
If a barbarian does 10 Damage and I reduce his damage by 60%, he now does 4 damage.
In conclusion, if I can cast spells they should do damage strategic or not!
I hope the math makes sence and if it doesn't please try to 're read this and the first post of this thread.
