Hmm difficult decision. Upgrading golems would help them last longer as tanks... although I'm th 9 and I still am able to manage with lvl 3 golems. Getting lvl 2 witches would allow you to try gowiwi, and plus you would max them out and not have to worry about them for a while. If you are interested in trying gowiwi which is pretty awesome, or are more interested in making your gowipe stronger.... its totally up to you.
