Clan Upgrades - Clan Bank

The idea is, there is a "clan bank" which clan members can donate to any amount of the resources they have it being eather elixir, gold or dark elixir.
Clan leader can then use those funds to upgrade the clan with similar upgrades as the level up system provides which ranges from the high tier donated troop level up to lowest tier 5% resources back when donating.
Cost for those upgrades should be very large (in hundreds of millions, even billions for highest tier upgrades) so its not easy to get them.
Bank should have a cap on how much resources it can fit in it and the cost to upgrade it should be very large too to make it even harder to get to the higher tier upgrades.
Also a history of donations would be nice so we can brag to our members how much we donated. :D

I like this idea. In fact, I think you could add to it. If your clan wins a clan war win, your clan pilfers some percentage from the opponent's clan bank into your clan bank. Just like stealing during a regular attack.

I think it's important to point out that this isn't a transfer ownership of resources problem because you would be permanently giving these resources to the clan to upgrade the clan. This is more like donating to build perks for a starbase like in Star Trek Online.

In fact, you could just set it up that way. The leader chooses the upgrade to work on and people donate to get the clan perk until its filled. It's not protecting your resources from being stolen because you're permanently giving them away.

That said, I don't think Supercell will ever go for this as it would significantly reduce to amount of resources in flow for raids and could possibly break that part of the game.

I disagree people will still need to save resources so they can get their own buildings upgraded. And as you say it would significantly reduce the ammou t of resources, I disagree with that too maybe a little drop but not a big one. The playerbase is big enough so you wouldnt feel it.
