That first base would be a great use for 4 earthquakes. It has enough diameter to bust all the layers

For the top one, I figured 3 golems, cc golem, 6 witches, 14 wiz, 4 eq spells, 2 rage, 1 poison.

For the OP, first base is an easy 3 star with GoWiPe... Poison spell doesn't do enough damage to dragons so it might not be a good idea... Neither are the EQ spells if they aren't upgraded.
The second base can be taken out using HoGoWiPe
