okay you have the gems to complete the construction process immediately.

Collection of gems is a patient and long process. If you CoC play without money.

If you can upgrade the construction workers just like the rest of the troopen . So they quickly complete their construction process. ( per level costs ... gems )

So you make the game more accessible for gamers who do not want to spend money on gemstones. And yet, can upgrade their workers .
