One decent deterrent to the combo is walls, actually. Can't heal them forever.

EDIT: Another is to have TH out in a high enough league to give incentive to be sniped :-).

There is nothing cheap about giant/healer, gibarch is cost and time effective and is easily used by most th levels. why don't you go out farming and steamroll some people to make yourself feel better :)

Pinheiro can you post a pic of your base so we can, cough cough, see if you could improve your design.

Try using anti giant bases. Upgrade Xbows:D

On paper lvl3 inferno towers don't look so impressive but in the game they just wreck everything. Granted I don't get attacked very often (especially with giants) but the last time I was the infernos just demolished the lvl7 giants when they got close to the core.

Fair enough... It just hasn't been my experience :-). I love me some giants when there are either single or multi infernos.

It used to be great for farming...that is until all the support troop A.I. was changed in the last update. Now my archers and heroes turn tail and run once they get close to the core. I can almost here my giants shouting "Hey where are you ladies running off to? Really? You are gonna run back outside and shoot a lab or a barrack?"

Those once juicy TH9 300k/300k/2000 raids are now hit or miss due to these so called "improvements". I would much rather have my group of archers band together and take out a piece of wall in no time flat than run amuck all over the outside of the base with their cowardly queen.

So no worries to the OP. Your wish has been granted. SC has taken one of the bread and butter farming strategies, around since the games inception, and ruined it for all.

Guy, you must be a Th8 or something. Giants are definitely not a free core tool, unless you are a TH9/10 going up against a TH8. A wounded duck could get to the core of a TH8. You must have gotten beaten up by some giants and just because your base couldn't stop them, you think they are overpowered. When I was at Th9 I had MANY attempts by people who used giants and they almost never got to the core. The real threat is a high level AQ, without that, giants are pretty average.
