Please help! Advice for rejoining player removed for no derby participation

I had to remove a player for pulling high point tasks and not completing them. I made two attempt to contact them about it but no response. I raised the level so they cannot rejoin (they are level 78 ) but each time I lower it back, they rejoin. It is difficult to build a NH setting the level so high. I've removed them 6 times and contacted supercell 3 times and no response from them. This last time they rejoined, the NH reported them but that only silences them from chat...what else can be done?! I don't want to start a new hood, they will just follow. Can anybody give me any advice on what to do?

You can change your neighborhood to "Request to join" and decline their request if they ask to join again. Or you can choose invite only, which is hard if you are actively recruiting new members.

That's a good idea.. I'll try that. Where do I find the requests..will they show up in the envelope in chat?

Forgive my ignorance on this subject :) can it be any NH that can request to join or does it have to be someone on your facebook who plays hayday. I remember at one point trying this but never seen any request. If it is set to invite only, you can only invite facebook friends, correct?

Request to join can be anyone...invite only is through facebook or game center. Just a word about the request to join..i would still set level higher than problem farm because that farm could change their name and then request to join with you being non the wiser to name change.

Get a screenshot of the farm, when someone wants to join, check if its that one.

Take a screenshot of their profile, go visit their farm and click on their avatar at the top u will see follwers, max trucks sent on a day etc, u can check numbers lol coz some even change the layouts of the farm so its better to take note of it also make them buy something frm ur rss n don't pick the coins. So tat if they had changed their farm name, it can be seen on ur rss too, this can be useful.

Try changing name of your neighbourhood and make sure no one in hood following or being followed/friended by that person... make yourselves harder to find :)

Hi merryfield , it seems that changing the status to "request to join" solved the problem :o however we have not had anybody ask to join. When I first started a NH a year ago, it was set to request and no one joined until I changed it to "anyone " not sure why that would make a difference but it seems to. We have room for 10 farmers so having space is not the issue..I'm not sure why we have not had requests yet.

Merryfield, in order to change a NH's name, you must start a whole new NH.

The best advice is the one everyone else is giving. Make the NH, "Request to join." Also, advise every co-leader and elder to check any farms before approving them to make sure it isn't your NH stalker. I had the same problem and to,ask all my elders not to approve any unless they had invite them to join or someone else in the NH (members) had personally invited someone for a trade. Since then, no one in my NH has been scammed, either.

The same thing happens on clash, just kick them every time. If a co leader or leader kicks them, they can't rejoin.

They can still join even if they are kicked out (if the neighborhood is set to anyone can join). There is just a "calling off" period before they can. The correct thing to do is set it to Request to Join.

As for getting new member, I would suggest advertising under the Recruitment Subforum. You can also watch the "I'm Looking for a Neighborhood" subforum and respond to players there letting them know about your neighborhood.

Eventually, the hope is the stalker will give up since you have made it more difficult for them to continue to rejoin. Good luck to you and your hood mates!
