Take down inactive clans

Ever searched for a clan and see an abundance of one-member inactive clans? It's annoying, isn't it? Clutters the feed when you are searching for a clan and can't use advanced searches because lack of information about the clan. My idea is that these inactive, one-man or maybe even more than one person clans, disappear if nobody in the clan is in a league for maybe 2 seasons? That seems fair. If nobody in that clan is in a league for 2 seasons (2 months) the clan gets deactivated and the inactive player who is likely to never play again, becomes clanless. I'm not too sure on this but maybe it would clear space on servers. There is thousands if not more, inactive clans. Some are closed with one member and it's safe to say that if nobody in a clan gets in a league for 2 seasons, the clan disappears. Before you say that this isn't fair remember this; this would only happen if nobody in the whole clan was in a league for 2 seasons. After the first 2 seasons of this being implemented, it would be so much easier to search for clans and like I said, this helps us by being able to search for a clan without seeing all the inactive clans that nobody wants to, or can join. Tell me what you think below.

It seems like there are way more inactive clans than active ones in this game. However, I say that the clan gets deleted if there is absolutely no activity in the clan (i.e. no donations, no wars, no one in a league).

you guys obviously are new to the game because you can alter the setting so 1 player clans do not show up at all, its called a search option,

You obviously didn't read the post. It probably clears up server space too I said, and sometimes I want to search for a clan with one ACTIVE member. And as far as the new to the game bit, I've been playing since Demember, 2012.

??? you just said seeing clans with one member was annoying, now you say sometimes you want to look for 1 member clans?

Problem: To many inactive 1 person groups clogging search.

Solution: To let people find your group, DON'T USE SUCH A GENERIC NAME!

If you have troubles finding a clan because of these inactive ones, just raise the minimum players amount to 10 and you shouldn't find that many any more. Also you can raise the trophies to around 5000-10000 range which will only bring you some average clans, obviously not 1 member clans.
It is every player's right to rest in a 1 member clan if they are willing to, and we cannot force them to participate in clans with many members if they don't want to. Some players just create a clan so that under their profile there will write a clan, thus making attackers believe the player is not actually inactive and perhaps fear of attacking him.

There are good and valid reasons for some one-person clans.

In our case, we often use feeder/training clans and will use a volunteer person as a placeholder to preserve the clan for recruiting.

I have also seen it used to save otherwise clanless people from being bombarded with invites in global.

Just use the search filter. They don’t hurt your gaming experience or SC would act. Let them decide how they manage infrastructure and backroom events.
