Clan War Battle Day Extension

The battle day in clan wars is 24 hours. That is not long enough, especially for people who are busy and don't have as much time to play Clash of Clans. Sometimes, people have to gem troops for possibly hundreds of gems in order to be able to use both attacks because they don't have enough time to wait for them to train. The battle day in clan wars should be extended to 48 hours, so that there will be plenty of time to plan attacks, train troops, and attack without any rush. 24 hours is simply not enough time.

Clan wars are long enough. Actually they need to be shorter. A 10v10 war should not take the same time as a 50v50 war

A three day war would take too long.

Even the longest army to train you're looking at 2 1/2 hours max, wake up, start cooking troops, raid at lunch, after raid start cooking troops, get home/before bed raid. Sorted.

Hmm, I get what you're saying because in a 10v10 the war can be over if 5 players use both their attacks quickly, however you're kinda wrong, people do need time to raid and if they don't gem rax or gem troops then they may sometimes need a day so they can get on with their day-to-day lives as well as cook at normal speed and raid, re-evaluate, plan and re-raid.

You can't always start training troops when you wake up. Sometimes, you have to wait until you get home at 5:45 PM or so. I am also not able to "raid at lunch".

Takes 2-5minutes to queue troops, wake up 5 minutes earlier, do it on the underground/train/bus/in the toilet at work seriously you're just playing devil's advocate.

Let's say clan war starts at 4:25 PM. I am busy from then until the end of the day and only have enough time to make one attack. By the time I get home the next day, the war is over. I only would have enough time for one attack if this happened.

I myself agree that in some cases 24H isn't enough.

Maybe compromise; 36H battle day? Or have the option for 2 day war or 3 day war?

36 hours would also be a good amount. 24 hours is just too short.
