behold the ice wizard

this is a defensive building like the wizard tower.it slows down down the troops with ice and damages them it can be unlocked on town hall level 8.
unlocking cost is 2,600,000
upgrading to level 2 cost is 3,200,000 and town hall level 8 required.
upgrading to level 3 cost is 4,700,000 and town hall level 9 required.
upgrading to level 4 cost is 5,900,000 and town hall level 10 required
please add this in next update and you guys can adjust the upgarding costs if you want

Just no... Defenses will be too OP.

This is very original, and I like the idea, but I think it might be a little overpowered. Maybe if it just slowed down troops, without dealing out damage. Thanks!

Oops, I forgot to add, this is a tad pricy. Maybe if it were a little less expensive, and perhaps unlocked at higher town hall levels. Thanks!

Now that people can have incredible amounts of haste spells it might not be such a bad idea
