Required Reading Test
Require every new forum members to take a brief reading comprehension exam. It should be about 7th grade level (13 year olds are generally in 7th grade). It should he 2 articles. The first being a classic English short story Ex: A good man is hard to find. The 2nd being a list of the rules and ruled out ideas.
- Eliminates posts by non-English speakers.
- Helps keep the non-intelligent posting down.
- Ensures all forumers have looked at the ruled out ideas.
- Keeps people who're too young off of forums.
- Enlightens the masses on the genius of "A Good Man is Hard to Find"

What about forumers from non-English speaking countries? (Unless this is an English-only forum)

So you want us to take an English exam to get on the forum. SC would not do this because hardly anyone would do it. Also I have just finished exams and I don't want to do another!!!😝😝😝

Although I'm skeptic on your specific ideas on how the test should be, I definitely think there should be something of the sort. These spams of ruled out ideas are getting tiring.

Agreed. The forum should have a short test for non-English speaking forumers before posting threads. Kinda hard to reply when a thread is in French.

However, it would be easy to bypass using dictionaries or translators such as Google. Not sure how SC would counter that. :unsure:
