More Degrees in the clan

I think being Elder and co leader is very good but not enough! the degrees should be more for example something like :
Elder III : able to kick out lower levels.
Elder II : able to promote or demote lower degrees or kick them (both every 20 minutes)
Elder I : able to promote or kick out lower levels (both every 10 minutes)
Co-leader: able to send mails and kick and promote lower degrees.

It was only an example take it easy. I only mean that the way of becoming well-known and Respectable in a clan should be longer and should be harder that what it is now just like leagues!

What is the point in having multiple ranks, with nothing special, just the abilities to promote or kick those lower than them. I tend to like the clans simple and neat and don't want too much of stress with assigning these ranks, because at the end of the day they are not important.
