Private leader chat

I think leaders should be able to have private chats with members. E.G. Leader talks to co-leaders asking who they think should be kicked out for not attacking in wars enough.
If you write all of this on the normal clan chat new people will only see us talking about who should be kicked out etc...

It would be so much better because I would like to talk to certain people about stuff and sometimes they are not on when I am on. By the time they are on what I posted would be far down the chat and they may not see it.
