No but to get serious now, the troops deployed do not come back to your base for a reason. If your idea would be implemented, high level players would drop in leagues where they find weaker bases and use the toughest troops (pekkas/golems/lavas), troops which would not have a chance to be killed. In this way, a high level player would farm continuously and would cause a lot of pain to those weaker players.
