Leader Problems

Nope, not the same thing. The whole clan contributes to it and makes it what it is. Sure, the clan leader paid the 40k. So? Like that's a lot of loot or something? That's nothing compared to what everyone else puts into it. And then to basically abandon a L4 clan is stupid and the leader should lose it, in my opinion.

No for a clan to be good the leader has to do so much. It takes ages to get others to join and when try all join the leader has to kick the bad out of the clan before it had an effect on the clan. But if the leader kicks out too many it also makes the clan look bad.

It's my clan, I bought it. I'm the leader, I own it. I'll lead it however I want, and if I wanna take a lengthy break, I will. If you don't like it, then you can leave.

Ive lead 3 clans during my playing time. I've been in clans that have bad leadership, and leaders quit. If they quit for no reason, you just need to do yourself a favor and leave. The leader owns the clan. Yes the members contribute, but the leader still owns it. Once again I refer to Bocker's quote:
If you leave a bike outside for months and you never used it, if your neighbor came and said its mine you don't use it, that's stealing.
The same concept applies to clans. It's not a hard concept.

The leader doesn't need to be constantly active if there are trusted co leaders. My friend and I run a clan he's the leader and even though I'm co by title I'm basically the second leader. If the leader takes a hiatus then I'm in charge. I can start wars and promote/demote players (obviously if they are the same rank this is impossible) I can kick people of elder and member... There is no need to switch leadership unless the leader chooses to leave the game or doesn't want the responsibility anymore

Exactly. We run the same system. My cos are people I know personally - never had a problem once.

Why be a clan leader if you can't commit to the clan? If you are inactive for months you can't be a good leader. quit. . Let someone else take it
