Filter global chat by clan location & add a way to find new players

Hi,
As many of you probably noticed, global chat is now full of Arabic characters. I have no interest in Arabic languages, most of them seem like curse language to me, but what I'm interested in, and I hope many of you are, is to read my own language out there or better, filter the languages I want to read.
I also need a way to recruit new players for my clan. Right now the only methods are by creating a thread on the forum and by asking players to join via global chat. But since the forum is in English and there is no support for my language on the forum, I have little chances of recruiting new players in my clan. Same goes for the global chat; since all global chat is full of Arabic languages, or at least languages that I don't understand, I have no way of finding new players for my clan, even if I ask a question.
Maybe there is a better way of finding new players, I don't know. I am curious however to hear your suggestions in this matter and I hope we can find a way to make global chat useful.

Yh the arabic talking on the english server is a very bad problem :/
