Level 3 Witches

Witches are currently the only troop which are maxed out at the town hall in which they are unlocked. There are no lab upgrades for it at Town Hall 10 and even Lava Hounds, which are unlocked AFTER witches have 3 levels. It just makes sense to give us Level 3 witches. :facepalm:

I agree, and what with all this new stuff, I think supercell ought to slow down and pay attention to some of the older troops and structures!

Witches don't need an upgrade. They are capable of 3-starring max th10 as they are.
