How to make multiple accounts

I stand corrected. I must admit, I don't spend all morning catching up on the new ToS while I eat breakfast :D

I personally have 2 accounts, and use one mainly on my phone... But switch back and forth on my Android tablet(created them on different devices, so wasn't breaking any rules).

Always thought the rule was a bit silly, but I do see both sides. I wouldn't expect a fast reply back from SC if something were to go wrong.
