Hey! I recently reported someone for admitting openly that he used ♥♥♥♥ continually. I sent the screenshots to SC and I was wondering how long it takes? It's been a while and he still hasn't been banned or anything. SC hasn't replied back either.
Any ideas on what's going on?
they ruined the game with those stuffs , they should give a perma ban to anyone who use them
Hello, In many cases support can't give you the result or action taken, this does not mean no action was taken.

What if someone just photoshop a chat with his name on it admitting he is using hax? those things happen and supercell won't take any action until there is certain proof of him using mods.

As long as you did your part and reported that player no need to talk about it here publicly. This will get more people to search for it and eventually spreading the bad thing which you sure don't want to do :)
As Manyolo pointed out, they won't tell you if they took action against & what was it. Don't hesitate to PM me if you got extra questions :)
