Problems upgrading Golem at TH8

Damn. I have the same issue and saw this thread.

Thnx for the tips guys. Now I can try and do the last upgrades I need to do before I go to TH9

Why would you rush to 9 with pink walls? :confused: For me I rushed cause I was always full on storages with max walls at every townhall and nowhere to dump. Due to my walls I don't really get raided unless I have over 100k de (sometimes they lavaloon me for that).

Put your storages near your th for easy snipes.

Pay close attention to DE Drills- I farm DE as a secondary resource and reap a lot from Barch/BAMing full high level drills. This chart should help you (credit: http://forum.supercell.net/showthrea...-Farming-Guide)

Alternate between rage and lightning in your CC. Use rage on semi-protected drills which require minimal penetration of the base and lightning for the unreachable ones. Make sure you take out high level drills and not lvl1 ones as they contain minimal DE. You can differentiate through the graphics on the supporting 'leg' of the collector- the ones with dark/golden spikes can potentially contain tenfold the amount of lighter hue ones.

rarely. i always log off with very little loot therefore on an average of 10 raids 7 or 8 are th snipes. i put gold into skulls, elixir in lego. at max th10 can only take 2500 dark from me and i can raid 2500 dark back easily.

Not a good idea if you want to upgrade your Golems. At Silver and Gold lvl3 is where all the High Town hall farmers are parking. You need to get out of silver and push for Crystal league. Other wise you will loose your DE faster than you can gather it.

This has been said a number of times, but keep your Town hall outside of your base and put some decorations around it so snipers will take the bait. It works like a charm.

BTW: Im also almost maxed TH8 and I'm dont the exact same thing to get my DE up to get my golems to lvl2. That is the last unit im Upgrading before going for TH9.
