As the title goes. :)
Here is my "area across the road"
Its my usual style, production areas mixed with a few decos

In the bottom right you see a topiary installation. I don't know if anyone did something like that before, may be, but it was one of my original ideas to create a flamingo art :) using isometry.
I call mine "the place where all the ugliest machines go". I won't burden you with the visual, lol.
Mine is for coffee, ice cream and cake.

In our other hobby-life, we are avid geocachers, so I have created a lovely natural area with trails and a hidden geocache (do you see it?). Once the Tour de France ends I am sure we will get some more cachers traipsing through the area :) Right now everyone is along the road, watching their favorite cyclists pass by.
I have also used this area to hide the scooting puppies, but they are back in the pet mix because I couldn't remember NOT to use the whistle to call them.

My land over the road is not yet expanded and I was a bit clueless as to what to put there if I do manage to expand it all. Hopefully I will get some ideas from all your lovely photos!

Mine's also the coffee shop and eatery area. Just got my third star on the coffee kiosk which added the flowers beside the kiosk. :)

I admire many of your farms, nice job! :) I'm not really into deco as far as I'm talking about my farm. Across the road i put non-producing animals (donkeys, horses, dogs, cats and rabbits), barn, silo and a pond with a fountain boy. No pic since its not pretty LOL.

I was trying to create a stream. Unfortunately the stream cannot connect to the forest to create a "flow into/out of forest" effect. So I added ponds on both end, which is kinda silly :facepalm:

I am not a pink person either, i like pastel and autumn colors, but the hat machine and the bday cake belong to different categories. The bday cake is lovely with art nouveau details and it is easy to mix and match with pink fence, a few plots of rice, gold colored wheat or indigo.Quote:

Ok. Fully expanded and decided to change it completely. It's now the new area for the sushi restaurant, which I had been wanting to redo anyway. The coffeeshop (2nd pic) is where the sushi restaurant used to be.Quote:

I have sent my gnomes over to survey the site, clear it and come up with a decent design. Only trouble is they can't get the tractor started.
I don't need to post mine, it's just called "The useless land". It has not even been unlocked, it's just to give the foxes a nice home :)
