Hi!

I am a clasher from Blood Dreamers and i already asked my Clan about this. Well as u all know there was a new update with the Lv 5 Dragons! and as a th 9 we are now able to get lv 4 drags as it was used to be only for th 10! Because of this i thought of PEKKA's as you all know there is Lv 5 Pekka's, But the Max lv for PEKKA's at th 9 is only Lv 3 (available for th8) which means that Lv 4 PEKKA's are available for th 10, so are Lv 5 PEKKA's? So why not let lv 4 pekka be available for th9?
