Notional flag to be shown where your from on your profile. [ Expamle John (Australian Flag) (Clan) ]

This is very good as in. Clans who want people within there timezone. People that are similar language.

Yeah I thought of this idea back when I had my own clan. But this idea is great for reasons like timezone wise.

Simple idea, easy to implement, why not?

P.S You spelt national wrong, its "National" not "Notional"
