Icy summit

This defense is kind of like the inferno tower, except it slows troops! It has two modes: Target and AOE mode (names can be changed). In target it shoots a gust of icy wind which slows a group of troops in a 3 by 3. AOE (Area Of Effect) mode targets the area around it, in a area of 3 cubes away from it. It would be a 3 by 3 structure, target air and ground, slow there troops to 0.75(ish) their regular speed, but, like the inferno tower it would take Dark Elixer to fill.

I feel this would be a good thing for town hall nine, since you have speed spells by then. It will only slow down their movement speed Not Damage!!! I think depending on how it's balance I think the player will only need one at th 9 and two at th 10. It should resemble a Snow topped mountain. It would be unlocked through the "Portal of the Frost Giants", witch is another one of my ideas.
