Need Help

I stopped playing clash about a year ago and stopped playing because I didn't like it.
I just started to play again and now that I have a better understanding on how you a meant to play, I have come to the realization that I have madly rushed. I need help for what to upgrade and farm etc.

Honestly my suggestion would be to upgrade you're defenses as soon as possible (I would suggest splash damage defenses: mortars and wiz towers first). Secondly get the troops you use most often to raid upgraded so you can not only compete with higher level bases but raid better. Finally begin to upgrade your walls so you stand a better chance while defending.

Thanks, have you got any suggestions on what league to raid and what troops to use? I have been slowly upgrading my wizard towers, they were all level one :/
