Still Attacking (Battle Day Over)

Ok, just wanted to know if this is fair or not...

My clan recently was in a war with a clan that came down to the wire. We were up 2 stars with about 1 minute remaining. Their #1 guy had a remaining attack and our number 10 just so happened to have no stars on him. With about 15 seconds remaining I was sure there was victory in store until low and behold, their number 1 began an attack. Now Im thinking, ok time will expire, he cant get 2 stars or even 3 in the amount of time he had.

I watched the clock expire for battle day. We had won right?

WRONG...

He was still attacking, even with no time on the clock. We went on to lose by one star.

How is this fair in any shape or form? I mean come on, you have 24 freakin hours to use both attacks. This guy essentially made war 24 hours and 2 minutes. which is indeed BOGUS. Time is up, war should end immediately.

I propose that if you are in the middle of an attack and time for the entire war expires, it ends there. Not fair that you can prolong war like that, just because you wanted to attack at 15 secs.

You have 24 hours to start your attack and he started it in those 24 hours. It seems like they just wanted a dramatic win

But he definitely made the war last longer than intended by SUPERCELL. Once 24 hours is over, war should be over. Thats simple. Dramatic these nuts.

This things almost never happen in any cw and he started his attack before the war ended. I dont see any problem

Just because war works differently than you thought it would, doesn't mean it's wrong. If you were on his team- and his attack was interrupted- you'd be on here arguing SuperCell should have let it finish.

I see nothing wrong. Its like any sport I can think of- as long as you take the shot before the buzzer, the points still count.

PS- its a technique we like to call "sandbagging", and your post proves how effective it can be.

thats how it is, thats your luck as well, when someone attacks in war they will not be ended by the war time, many people have experienced it, you have 24 hours to attack, you could counter he/she attack by your guy attacking as well you know!
