This townhall 9 managed to take 188K gold from me last night, and when viewing his base, his gold and elixir storages were all full! So I was thinking mass dragon and rage spell attack but wasnt sure if that as the way to go. He has 3 archer towers down and his archer queen is down.

Any suggestions? I have access to all level 5 tier 1 troops, and lvl 3 drags and lvl 3 healer.
His TH is down, so you will have to a least wait out his shield.
Mass dragon does not seem like the way to go. He has both his x-bows aimed up.
Perhaps if you have golem, you could try a GoWiPe strategy. Since 3 of his AT are down, he will have less point damage. Also his x-bows aiming up is a good thing for your ground troops.
with drags u could ligtning spell the bottom air defense and put all ur drags there with some rage spells. or u could do the same to the top his xbows are not loaded if they are loaded try Gowipe. If u dont have golem and pekka use giant and barbs
i would actually say dragons, his xbows are pointing up but his ad is fairly weak, and his xbows are in the opposite side of his base as his gold, so mass dragon should be able to get almost all of his gold (if they are a decent lvl)
Maybe try clearing distractions by air defences then drop like 2 dragons on each air defence?
dragon seems good, since as you say, the AQ and AT are down, and the AD are sort of low. but the 2 xbows make it tricky :)
maybe keep 20 archers to lure the cc out, and pick up free buildings. i would go from the top left, and make a line of drags. i would be happy getting 3 storages though, its a well upgraded base... :/
