It's impossible for Spells to have NO Area of Effect. That's not a Spell if it does not deal Area-of-Effect damage, instead it would be the single component of a Spell (e.g.: Lightning Spell is the AoE type and one Lightning Bolt is the no-splash-damage type).Quote:
