Is it just me but it seems when I am farming for gold and I have a good store of elixir I can only find bases with loads of elixir and tiny reserves of gold.
The same seems to happen for elixir when I have a good store of gold.
Is this a glitch or by design to ensure I spend a good load of gold looking for a suitable base?
Just the nature. Gold is all about defenses where elixer is attack. So where do you put your investment in? If I did not have loads of elixer I would not be out there attacking anything that moved. If I had loads of gold I would upgrade my base 100% and have walls so thick my own troops could not jump over them.
One problem i see is that walls are so expensive. There is nothing comparable that costs elix. Most of us are able to spend the gold as fast as we get it to upgrade "one more block".Quote:
