Lightning Spell Update Irritated Can't Attack Storage

This Update Make Me to Quit the Game. If Supercell is updating this game they should have done on giving new feature not degrading Existing one. So people who started this game ahead of us had more advantage than us and New starters should suffer. I am having TH7 and i need Dark Elixer for barbarian king update and dark troop research for that i need more dark Elixer only way like people for me is take loot is by Lightning Spell As every one know people who has more Dark loot are TH8 and TH9 only way to take loot is spell. If the S**t update is annoying. One Good Thing is i am going to stop this game and move to Kaabm Dragon Of Atlantis. Which is Any day better then this CoC. Guys If you have same Problem like me Support Me.

Hello! A lot of players complained about the DE storage zapping. SC decided to block zapping on all storages because the defender had no fighting chance to protect his resources and thats not how the game is supposed to be.

Hello there. It may come to as a surprise that some of us were also TH7's at some point. And back then we didnt have a Dark Elixer drill. I personally farmed my king all the way to level 5 by barching th9's with full dark elixer drills, and not by zapping storages. How about you try some new ways to earn dark elixer instead of complaining that you cant do it the easiest way anymore?

Always look at the big picture when you talk about your personal wishes. Its economy balancing and better for the business model. Since more and more people on TH9 are being zapped but worked very hard when doing raids. Raids are money making business for Supercell since it requires all the parts of the game. Zapping TH's is not part of the overal game, therefore it only makes sense to balance it.

Remember to leave collectors outside and far from any defense ;)

you are th9 so its easy for to get Dark elixir its doesn't mean every one get like that. you guys come to lower base town hall and takes darkelixer you guys dosen't have to comment on these topic.

Zapping became intense the last couple of months. The loot in silver leagues was extremely good, that made a lot of hight level players drop down there in order to farm. Being in a low league means you dont care about the trophies and that made a lot of people to just create lightning spells, drop them on a full DE storage and then end the battle without giving a shield as a result, a player could lose tens of thousands of dark elixir before getting a shield. That created a huge impact on DE economy and brought a lot complains.

Did you even read what i said? I was th7 when there was no dark drill at th7. It was even harder. Read what i wrote, and maybe try doing what i suggested. mmkay?

Then why not put that shield only over the dark elixir. Why over the elixir storage and gold storage too?. And look at my Profile thread there is another bug I posted about in that thread.

It's good to remember that all TH9&10s were TH7 once, & as was commented many of us raided DE without zapping, before we had DE drill to help with upgrades👍

I think people are ignoring my point

OK I am an th7 and my barb king is lvl 5(maxed out) but then why is the shield also over the gold and elixir storages

It is really sad that there are so many people that only know how to get de by zapping, i have never zapped, i dont even use spells when I'm farming. The only thing i use the lightning spell for is cc troops. There is tons of de out there even for a th7. Just barch you get more from the de drills than u would by zapping anyway. Personally i think this was the best part of the update because of people like you.

There's a true way to get DE for your needed..no needed zapping...that's why i'm really happy with this update..even in TH7...i had 3 acct and one still at TH7, and i never raid DE with zapping method from the first time i play this game..most of the time just using gibarch & 2WB troops for normal raid..or using dragon-ball for revenge (especially someone that are zapping my DE.. ;)haha i got you)..and most of the time i get it from TH8/ TH9 base..and now my Bking is already lvl5.

I know...that's not all much DE i can get..but that's enough for my need at TH7..and ofcourse without zapping.. :)

No one really cares that the gold/elixir storages can't be zapped anymore. No one ever did it.

Are you sure it wasn't your DE drills that were hit with lightning? You can still zap resource collectors.

Maybe supercell need to remove the anti zapping storage and introduce new defense that can protect storage from lightning spells (limited range and amount that can be built).

Nah, I agree with those who say that zapping for resources really has no value to the gameplay.

Just imagine they all have lightning rods and safely discharge the lightning to the ground. Zapping storage is by far the weakest play. I didn't do it for my TH10, and I don't do it with my TH7. Use actual strategy.

Besides, the only revenges I bother doing with my TH10 are enemies that zapped storages. And I send war armies, and take what's mine and all of what's yours. :)

Not exactly, I'm pretty sure it was to get rid of zapping threads in IFR :rolleyes:

Anyway I want zapping back. It was great :/

Never zapped a dark storage in my life and I have a 3.6 million Heroic Heist.
Steal it like the rest of us did.

yes i am also irritated with lightning spells not working on DE storage but this way i have find ways to attack on bases and tried all my troops combination differently to gain DE loot. Yes quick earning of DE is really tough for everyone and its really big disadv for new players but this way every one wil learn to attack:cool::cool::cool:

Dear Sathish. What you posted is not a bug and it's not a (technical) problem. What you should do is start once a week a "zapping" thread on ideas and feature requests. Then you will get ten replies to each thread saying that storages being immune to lightning spells is part of the game so deal with it. :D:D

learn to play i never zapped for de when i was low lvl, Ever!!!!!!!. and yes i am th 10 but i earned it the right way not a little noob way where you use no skill on how to steal from ppl that have a clue how to play the game, if you dont like it play something else.... I would of loved to have a de drill at th 7 but nope.....

Lower level player like me in TH7-9 are the worst sufferer due to the lighting spell immune system for storage. We cant afford to update any of troops bcz of high research cost of dark troops. Guys who are happy for this system are 2600+ troophy people cause they have updated their troops using those method in the past and now they get loot bonus from the league. Whereas we the people from TH7-9 cant even earn the dark troop cost playing fairly in a single match. So good bye coc.

Just shut your mouth. If you would not steal in such way then It would take years to have Barbarian King or update dark troops. For the last 2 days I could merely earn my dark troop cost in single play. One can earn at best 200 dark in multiplayer battle in TH7-8. People who hord dark elixr and available to loot 400 to 2000 dark elixr is TH10. So how can you even think to loot from a TH10 when you are at TH7. You even can not manage your dark troop cost. And you now from the drill it takes a day to Manage 300 dark so if you train dark troop the whole cost will be taken by Hog or Velka troop so when you will update them a year later!!!!

Juar nonsense of this latest immune system.

You are at TH9+ so can think avoiding the system. You have updated your troops. SO think once what would have happen if you were in TH7. I challege you if COC doesn\t let us lighting to damage storage then COC gonna lose lots of its new players. So let's see the growth of COC.

Giants, archers, goblins and rage. If those things aren't max for your townhall, upgrade them. Then use them.

There, I've just made your DE farming more efficient. :thumbsup:

Use GiBarch (preferably boosted barracks) with a couple wallies and get over no zapping

When you stop playing, put your mines/collectors/drills/storages on the outside so we can get easy loot. Thanks.

Try farming. Anyone can use a spell. If that's the extent of your talent in COC then maybe it's best you go try another game like you're suggesting. I see no reason you couldn't farm it. I upgraded mine to max on th7 and 8 by farming. Not by doing it the easy way. Grow up and play the game like it was meant to be played. Raid and attack or move on and stop being a crybaby.

Dude, if your th8 or 9, you deserved to be zapped if you zap. Th7 now has a de drill, is that not enough? The game was broken if people could just zap resources, and they didnt even deserve to have them if they zapped. only dark troops need de to upgrade. im assuming you have maxed elixir troops for your th if youre only aiming at de troops. Push and farm in crystal. its not hard, plus its eficient. Im a th9, and your saying th9's cant earn dark troop cost playing fairly. I use balloonion in masters I league, and it takes 400 de to make 40 minions, and i can earn the cost back, plus a little extra. If you cant farm the de the right way, then learn to do it right and stop complaining, or stop playing in general. And if you do stop playing, dont forget to leave your storages and collectors/mines outside for us farmers

Finally I have a DE storage where I can store the DE I farmed.

Hmm .. maybe I'll tweak my layout with some cool funnellings to make it difficult for others to steal it.

I'll even upgrade my defenses to protect my precious DE.

Let's put the TH outside and pray someone would snipe it for a free shield.

Time to sleep .. now to request some strong troops from my clan so they'll help keep the enemies away.

*wakes up* What's this? Zappers ?? All those layouts/defenses/cheap shield/cc troops are for NOTHING?
