Redesign the main screen for a cleaner and streamlined interface

The interface is getting way too cluttered. I'd like to be able to toggle the buttons and gauges on the top and sides of the interface like drawers.

Things like the builders gauge and the settings button and shop button isn't always needed on the main screen, and could be put in a submenue.

Buttons and gauges can also be consolidated.

I definitely think the main screen should be redone to be cleaner and more consolidated.

There are too many buttons on the left. Almost all of them can be moved under the 'Options' button.

The hammer (build) icon should only show if you have something to build.
