It would be awesome to add the ability to share your replays on Facebook, Just to show them off to your friends XD.
It could also encourage others who have not played the game to give it a go, Great free advertisement!!

This, this is one of the better ideas I've seen on this forum so far. I wonder why they didn't give us the option sooner though.

To be honest, I really like the idea. However, I can't really see how it could be achieved. It would be one thing to share a picture of a loot or something like that, since it would only require the action of taking the screenshot and then sharing it from the memory of the app, but a video is a totally different thing. Sharing a replay would imply that SuperCell would incorporate inside the game the ability to record which is a massive thing and would perhaps make the game too large to download for some people.
As good as this sounds, I don't think it is a viable option.

If you can re watch it or share it in game, It will change absolutely nothing to be able to share it on Facebook. It would not take up much megs if any. Think about it, The YouTube app is 11.77megs and it has billions of videos on it.Quote:

Just because you want to post something on Facebook doesn't mean you have no social life.
It’s commonly believed/accepted that the in-game replays are not recorded video but re-enactments of battles. It might be deep in the forum’s older threads.
As the characteristics and properties of buildings and troops change with each update, re-enactments (replays) are not repeatable in the long to medium term. That is the reason replays are lost each maintenance break or update.
Sharing replays outside the game simply isn’t possible from in-game. I doubt it ever will happen given this would bloat the memory needs of a mobile app.
