Add 30 seconds to attacks

I have to agree with other players adding more time is purl just giving more time ransack someone's base, there are still plenty of players who can get 100% in half the time of the attack timer as is and with upgrades to troops and new spells this will only become easier.

Do you guys not realize that they've added a TON of things and adjusted Buildings HP many times and the 3 mins were for TH8. There's a ton more that we have since then and should have more time, just a little, to balance
