2 stars= town hall plus 75%

GOWIPING is becoming redundant and too easy for 2 stars. I have seen hundreds of times now, 53% plus town hall is easy 2 star. THIS IS NOT SKILLFUL AND SHOULD NOT BE. You should have to get 75% as well as the town hall to receive 2 stars. Wars will be much better if this happens. They are not rewarding max town hall 9's with lvl 10 walls(which is a lot of work at 3 mil a piece) with this cheesy attack.

So a 1 star would be 75% or the TH?

1 star = 50% or the TH
2 star = 75% and the TH
3 start - 100%

I think the current balance is right, If you needed 75% for a 1 star wins would be really hard and it would kill most attack strategies.
