this is exactly what is happening with my current clan.

A person we dont want to see ever again, due to horrendous antisocial behavior keeps requesting to join with threatening and abusive messages, from multiple accounts.

We dont want to close the clan, since it is specifically set up as a learning clan to help people with all aspects of the game.

As clan leader I would love to see a blacklist button, even if only available to the clan leader, so we no longer have to deal with abusive and threatening messages that we currently have no way to eliminate.

Two obvious answers.

1. These abusive stalkers spew abuse in the application text.

2. We want most people to be able to join / rejoin at will.
