AQ was ok before never had her run from battle. She won't stay with any troops she goes away from the battle to target resources even if a defense is closer and shooting her. I've tried using wall breakers she will not funnel toward the center with my go wipe war attack at all. It's a problem cause I see the other team and everyone on our team having the same troubles. Please fix her it important that the Heros work together.
I liked so much of this update, but something in my opinion are wrong. For example, can't use the spells for make some damage in the storage of resources. I don't like this because the difficulty to get dark elixir is much bigger and time to make the troops to attack is much bigger too. I can comprehend this is for make the players playing for more time, and consequently, to look that put money is the better way for grow up in the game. I just talk this because i wanna can get more dark elixir for to upgrade my TH8 for the TH9 with all the storages full.

This update sucks im a th6 and i can barely get 1 star on a th6 with the grey walls. The walls are impossible to break the buildings take for ever for troops to take out. Thanks for ruining the game for people at lower levels. Im a th6 maxed and can barely get a star vs a weaker player. Whom ever made this decision should give himself a Pat on the back. Oh it also seems like troops are dying much faster.
I like the idea of the spells not working on loot storages especially the dark elixir one. But i think that when you go to war with another clan, or playing single player maps, that all spells should work on all buildings! Only Because the reason this feature was introduced was to stop people getting dark elixir the easiest way possible, with no skills involved. But in clan wars and single player maps there is no need to snipe resources because its next to pointless.its unfair that this feature is carried over to clan wars and single player maps.
Anyone else annoyed by the HP increase?.. Bases I could Run thru with no spells..new take all spells,..and still don't 3 star.. ..I mean .. If ya wanna increase the HP..in... But I'd tone it down a notch.. That..or since HP of buildings increase....the loot percentage should increase....don't ya think?...something has gotta give ... Been playing for 2 years..this is the worse thing I've seen so far... I'm really considering finding another hobby.... But I'll hang around to c if this major imbalance is corrected..until then my whole clan is on gem strike.. No one is buying gems ..cause why buy gems on a game that sucks ?
The AQ is ridiculous. Stop messing with the AI all the time as it just ruins the game experience every time you do it. I get that you want to mix it up to make attacks vary, but this update was absurd with the AQ and WB changes. Did no think to test these?
Besides the AQ I love every little thing about the update, really. The new spells are an excellent addition and all the other changes are aces. Love the HP changes people complain about because I for one love the idea of defending in this game and anything to help defense is a huge plus.
I've been playing CoC for 29 months now and outside of the CW addition last April, this is by far my favorite update in CoC history. Super happy about everything but the stupid AQ.
Test I have multiple accounts that I have taken from new to TH 10 and Th 9 - I have NEVER had an issue looting like mad when I was at TH6 - SO fun and easy - I think perhaps with raid strat -- But a suggestion - 10 Giants 5 wb - balance barb n archer - Ask a clan mate to fill you with either giants or wiz in cc - then dont forget to lure the cc out and kill take them to an unprotected corner - use barbs to get them there - then circle with your archers - if wizzies are in there keep them busy with some barbs in middle of circle so they train on them not your archers. Then send your giants in first I personally like to build a 'wall' with my giants not all in one spot then send your wb next any remaining barbs finally archers -- Honestly I rare use any spells on regular raids (as a th6) carry them just in case!!! I really think you just need some tips and maybe some of the more experienced folks in your clan can help too!
Aq is pretty dumb now. She struggles to work towards the center. I'll have to adjust but yeah, definitely missing the queen. I think keeping her ai the same and just having earthquake to help her get through would be fine.
I criticized others for their doom and gloom on the changes to nerf barch, but dang I have been having a rough go with it myself. Starting to question if I was too harsh. It's not the cost so much as the added HP to buildings. I have been having a heck of a time getting the 50% when it used to be no trouble at all. I'm struggling to even get the 40% with it now.
Looks like it might be time to move to GiBarch.
Loving the earthquake spell, my favourite new toy.
Troop and spell training without hunting down the necessary building is good as well.
Its going to take awhile to get used to the queen again, seems she is back to doing whatever she wants.
Suggestion: with the additional spells might be a good idea for a second laboratory, then non-Gemmers have a chance to upgrade troops and spells quicker, otherwise it will be hard especially new to game players.
Rather than reading all 1400+ posts, and polling to see a percentage of who likes what for what reasons - I'll summarize what I've seen.
People love the update as a whole. The new barracks interface is superb, army building simplified, and spells more in balance with army creation. No one has mentioned cost changes that I've read about, so most must be fine with increased barb/arch cost and decreased Drag/PEKKA. I would be if I had either of the higher troops... The new AI for attackers seems to have a pretty steep learning curve, but I don't have an AQ or BK yet to know any better.
On the downside I've read about (and experienced) opponents that would normally be no problem barely covering the cost of a successful attack. I don't know which changes are causing the problem, or if it just needs to be a change in strategy on the attackers end (less barch, more gobs and giants?), but I think something that was "improved" went sideways. A previous post mentioned liking defense. It so happens that I do too, but in order to make raiding a success, it has to be worth the cost. I can't spend gold on troops. An army comp that can 2 star an opponent one town hall lower than me (6 vs 5 or 7 vs 6) costs between 47k and 85k, not including spells. It's not worth the time and cost. I'm better off sitting on my shield for 12 hours than trying to raid. I'll gain 180k of each resource with 6x level 10 collectors, and no effort or risk on my part, not including the possibility of gemming them. I even changed my farming base to trophy base trying to stop the hemorrhaging from more established/higher town halls crushing my baby th 7 defenses.
By all means, balance the game. Just try not to break it in the mean time.
Upgrade your loons and try those at th6.....been cleaning up with them on my mini mini. I have been doing a little barch/loon mix that has been working really well, 10 lvl3 loons, 4 max castle loons and 50 barb 50 arch with 2 heals for the loons....granted this is more the mix I'm using to try and get to c3 for my 4th builder but I have been 2 and 3 starring a lot of th7s with somewhat exposed air defenses.
Adding my voice to the mix. New UI seems less responsive, changing troops / spells doesn't always work. Found my self wasting a spell or putting out the wrong troops because of it. Thought it was just my ipad, but happens on my s5 phone and galaxy tab. Reading this thread it appears to be a common theme.
My main gripe...
The higher HP on buildings I think has gone too far, attacks that would 1-2 star with no spells now give me a high 40% loss with spells. So I've switched to a trophy base and attack less. Not spending money again on gems till this balance issue is resolved.
i have been burned by the new giant patching also. They travel way further than they used to instead of taking on a wall. They have abandoned Wiz and Archers a lot and it frustrates me. I try to bring over 12 wb now and make them path correctly and even then it fails sometimes.
Here is the problem, before the update the game was very balanced, now the game appears to be unbalanced in several ways, hopefully supercell will address this issue, I made 5 million gold today's through unboosted Barch raids which is decent for a mid TH8 but there good be some AI improvements. I suggest supercell reverses to the old AI.
Pros:
Dark spells are balanced well
Air attacks are balanced well
New looks for profile and attacking are nice
Whole new dimension to war
No game breaking glitches
Spell time reduction is nice... Don't have to wait an hour and a half after army's done for spells
Like many updates, Adds a whole new element to game... Have to reconsider defencive layouts, ccs, and attack stratagies
Cons: AI for king and queen is wonky... I honestly had no problems with old queen except for her shooting the wall right next to the town hall... Now she's afraid of em
Update leaves a void for a new troop... No real good stuff to put in cc now that we have poison spell
(major) Barch expenses increased too much... What it would regularly take to get a million has gone up by atleast 50-75 percent... Because of this and below
(major) Building increase in hp has got to stop... It has personally killed my attack stratagy for farming... Wrecked 2/4 of my war raids, and I've seen it destroy a lot of attacks

bring back zap..last day i was raiding using barch and lost at 49% due to the fact that a storage with a little bit really little bit of hp left and i only have lighting spell remaining in me..i would have won that raid if i can damage that ♥♥♥♥ty storage..its not like everyone is zapping storages..its there choice if they zap or not..still for those who use lighting as to gain some extra percentage points may lost a raid in that case..and bring back the normal Hp of the building now there to much..
Since new leagues have been added and hitting Champ isn't as special now, we should have more gem-earning achievement for hitting the new leagues, etc.
I'm excited about the introduction of the dark spell factory and what new strategies this will bring to the game.
The redesign of the profile page is nice. Love that all the important information is at the top. What's missing? Some new achievements...like ones for hitting the new Titan league.
AI changes, I appreciate that you are working on fixing the AQ AI; however, this new AQ AI is unpredictable at best. In my first war attack, the AQ avoided a jump spell directly in front of her upon deployment and would have gotten her to a building (defense) that was closer than the building she went off on a stroll to get. On my second war attack, she took the first jump spell, then wandered off again instead of taking the second jump spell. This is unpredictable behavior at best. In the past, even though she might get stuck hitting a wall, she continued to path toward the town hall. Now it's like she avoids walls at all costs.
The new champion badge being displayed in chat is not indicative of the hard work that goes into earning it. Before, the badge stood out as an achievement. Now, it blends in...I had to do a double take because it looked like I had dropped to the bronze league. Please, bring back the old champion league chat badge.
On on the Spell Factory screen in the training interface, please show what I already have on hand. The numbers under the bar where the spells are in queue are so small, I cannot read them on my phone and having to scroll back and forth between tabs is annoying when building the army. I love the new spell times! Thank you! The spell times are now more in line with building an army :))

the ppl who aren't zapping storages are using light correctly, zapping mortars or cc troops. Or ads in war
something I haven't seen anyone mention.. Being zapped does not get you a shield. Light started (yah! At past tense) for me at 40k de. With the new, horrendous matchmaking system that gets you hit within minutes of signing off like you are in crystal 1 on the verge to masters, I would get lighted 2-3 times before someone sniped my th on average. Worse still was getting lighted 2-3 times, then getting a full hit from th10. I have lost over 5k de before getting a shield with just having 40k de! And that's not a one time occurrence.
The zappers act as though it's their right. Few have the courtesy of sniping th after they zap or it would not be so frustrating for me.
yes, stupid silly me still used to raid like pre-last update. Breaking shield every hour or 2 to do a full raid... Because that how I like (or used to like ) playing the game. Raiding every hour or 2 breaking shield cost me 1-1.2k de for just one zap! And none of those were revenges and many from other th9s! Yes supercell, Instead of raiding all the time I now sit under shield like I was in crystal..,,,
i only zapped one day in my entire coc gaming experience, as th9, out of total frustration, I cooked 3 light, 1 heal and alternated light with a full attack... Guess what? Got less de than the 4 full attacks I could have gotten in the same time

The new spells have dumbed down the game, no need to carefully plan a cc lure, just take a poison spell. Defending Archer Queen in the centre? Just take two poison spells. Previously you had to plan to get troops to them or they wrecked your raid. Also the range of valid defensive troops in cc is limited no longer use archers. Previously the only spell that didn't need you to get troops into the base was lightning, now we have two more that can access all areas regardless of base layout, why not make a nuclear bomb spell that just wipes the base? Then we can completely forget about base design.
Few days passed since update and I was trying and watching every part of update and here is my feedback:
- Dark Spells:
- Poison Spell: Great against cc troops such as witch,wizards & whatever have hitpoints lower than that :thumbsup:
- Earthquake Spell: Amazing as a jump spell replacement(better effect as the path is permanent) :thumbsup:
- Haste Spell: Rage spell replacement but not as effective in attacks(watched about 10 attacks using it)
- Second AirSweeper: I never saw air raids as OP neither the first sweeper was effective. Now the second looks better effective when put with the first in a good design
- AI Changes: I'm loving changes although they need some tweaks on troops and little bit on queen. Now troops will travel a long distance instead of breaking a wall and hitting a building very near to them. But still better than before. :thumbsup:
- Spell Brewing Time: Decreasing spell brewing time made attack more funny and allowed hitting bigger targets with same troops but with additional spells
- Zapping End: This was a big concern for many when going logging off and getting hit with lighting from many people even at high trophy league. Now if someone wants my DE storage come and take it the hard war :smirk: :thumbsup:
- Barbarian & Archer cost increase: I was expecting this since the last update. I understand this is a balancing thing to get more people to try new compositions but this will also decrease efficiency of attacks we do. But still this is acceptable for me

Absolutely garbage match making still for high levels. 2 weeks of 6-8 hour play a day and gained maybe 400 trophies getting to 4400.
I lost my first attack since the start in my 2 month push (completely my fault, poor troop placement, despite the queen being a ♥♥♥ed up moron I'll still take the blame) I lost 39 trophies. Gemmed queen and king awake, filled castle with defensive troops, put TH outside, raged quit. Was sniped for -18 trophies!!! Woke up this morning. Clouds for 38 minutes. So irritated hit first base for the loot, two star, 1 trophy. Said eff this game. On defense Sniped again for -16 trophies.
I'll never deny using gems to instant finish troops, instant finish hero upgrades, etc. but with this update I personally feel no more desire to push on to Titan 1. It's not worth 5 cups for 2 hours of instant finishing troops, spells, etc. I used to enjoy it, the money for gems was for a "hobby" of pillaging. But now, it's become a chore to raid, gain trophies in Titan 3/2.
I suppose it's time to drop back down to maybe masters, practice hybrid attacks and worry more about war than anything else. Which while I'm venting, other clan has SEVENTEEN th10s (all with infernos) we have 7 th10 (one of which is only a 9.5. No th10 defensives only troops and hero upgrades) Also, we have 3 th8 (one is a defenseless th8, only cannon, max troops) and a th7. They have nothing less than a th9 with their lowest queen a level 11.
Seriously, come on. I guess we will fight hard not to lose our 106 day win streak. 😂 supercell, you money hungry greedy punks.

So... Love the new DE Spell Factory...
BUT it is ridiculous to expect anyone to be able to save enough DE on two drills alone, esp at TH8 when you can only upgrade to Lvl3.
I have mine boosted constantly, am constantly getting raided for what I am trying to save so must use shields.. which means I can't raid people.
Not to mention that you can get gold and elixir from the goblins, but no DE.. which again, makes it a harder resource to amass, yet all of the DE upgrades are so steep in cost!
It just doesn't make sense people!
My suggestion is to add a 3rd DE drill to TH8 to keep upgrades closer in line to all the rest - I have almost maxed everything else that require gold and elixir, and now have to sit around spinning my wheels waiting to gain enough DE to be able to ascend to TH9.

This hasn't happened to me personally but a few clan buds are having problems when requesting troops. The request will show their cc as being partially full when in fact it is empty. And naturally, we can only fill the unused portion. Not a major concern when raiding, but has caused some anxiety during the wars.
Anyone else experiencing this glitch?
On a lighter note... all the fervor over the badges....just amuses me to no end! :cool:

I am afraid this is what will happen in a couple of weeks when everybody has their spells . My first impression was , nice we've got new spells . Just finished my spellfactory today and decided to check youtube after i read some threads about the quake spell and damn , i allready hate it . The first review i saw of this terrible lets clear a path to the th before we even start made it clear to me that almost every clever base design will be dead . No more funneling and clever use of walls and compartments . Maxed walls you say ? No problem , 4 lvl one spells will do . Don't forget to bring your new and fantastic insta kill ck spell with you and your set . If you're lucky this will also kill the queen :thumbsup: .
This will truely be a fantastic time to clash , everybody will three star everybody and our villages will tremble under all the quakes . It somehow reminds me of the hog era . You know , when no base was safe not even maxed th 10s . Just hold your screen for 5 secs and tap 4 times to heal . This will be the same , every replay will start with 4 or 8 spells dropped followed by some golems pekka and heroes . No need to time your jumps or decide when to rage and freeze , just drop your poison on the ck so it kills everything that walks out . Wallbreakers will only be needed to maybe break the first layer . No more skill needed and noobs will become heroes that 3 star maxed bases . I can allready see all the threads full of complains .
I really hope i'm wrong since i like clash and i like clever base design . Getting to the townhall should be a challenge not just drop a couple of spells . How i feel about the update ? Well i think i'm going to hate it , only time will tell . The only thing i like is the haste spell . Faster golems was exactly what clash needed :facepalm:
The person doing the coding behind the Hero AIs, should get fired... It's a catastrophe how exponentially worse the Heroes get with each update. If you don't like them this much, just remove them from the game already.
I feel confident this will be addressed.
It is not a questions of adapting playing style. The queen's AI does not make "sense". The forums are full of examples of disasters
I'm fresh TH9 and after update I cannot find anymore any dead base. I simply click at least next button for 50 times to find an average (not great) base. Until the update, the same fresh TH9 found a lot of dead bases. Loot it is simply horror now.
Barch it is more expensive now, also.
Fresh good loot will of cos be less available since everyone rushing for upgrade after this update. For the dark spell, it is not impale to that extend yet. Ask the top 20 war clan is three starring so easy after the update?

People mention the queen AI, the new AI for the queen also applies to standard archers as well, please reverse this supercell, the archer AI makes no sense, I always have to send in the barb king to get resources now bI cause archers don't go inside the base, which will be a problem when upgrading that barb king.
The icons are now significantly smaller -- this has been causing many problems! I have tried to click "next" while searching for bases and placed an archer due to the smaller button size (a mistake u pay for dearly as a th9 in champions league...). Also in war my clanmates and I have tried placing troops or spells only to realize after using a rage on the edge of the map that wallbreakers actually weren't selected... Or while trying to click on cc troops barely missing and using king's ability when he still has full health...
There should be an option for small or large icons to prevent this -- this would satisfy all players since an option is given. But the icons are just too dang small for me on a tiny little phone, making mistakes like that makes the game frustrating rather than enjoyable! Thank you for your time.

Lvl 4 Pekka for TH9 please!
So after a few days of playing after the update there are a few things I have noticed...
1. Was archer tower animation changed or shots per second increased?
To me, it feels as if shots per second has increased. And if it has, why was it not included in the update notes?
2. The archer and archer queen AI is just horrendous currently. I've had to increase the number of wall breakers to try and help funnel the archer queen along with 6 wizards to clear outside buildings and often (75%) she still runs around. Frustrating to say the least.
3. In regards to the spell factories, showing what spells you have currently on hand would be nice to see in the spell factory window. That being said, the new spells are awesome and provide a whole new range of hybrid attacks.
4. The new troop bar seems very unresponsive compared to what it was... However the new look of it is very nice.
So i guess this is the future of coc, infinte nerfs for the children around the world, should i start comparing this game to mafia wars? Ive been a loyal player, but this is stupid, i cant zap behind walls but i can poison, great logic there, hell maybe supercell is ran by 12 year olds.
so bad.. and no point to play anymore.. raiding is painful, war is the same boring thing and unless spending gems is cool didn't really add anything new :/
Anyone less than th9 should just quit, you'll NEVER catch up SuperCell will just keep adding dumb repetitive 'updates' to keep you upgrading and buying gems. And anyone th9+ haven't you been loyal enough to deserve something fun that actually improves gameplay and the pvp system (or lack their of)...

Yea im done with the game ,its.just stupid now, im half maxed th9 .the screen for training troops is stupid the new spells are childish ,they reduced the hit points on barbs and archers .i know somebody that spends 1500 a month on gems for give aways ,contests and gemming troops ,the last 3 days he has not done that .so here is to me and him not buying gems ,they will change it when the big money stops rolling in

The hitpoint increase to the buildings is absolute @#$%@#$@# That and a second air sweeper make raids take so much longer to 3* for war. Really made attacks relatively weaker. Along with loot being terrible for hours on end I'm not happy.

Then there was a bad bad witch from far far east. Her eyes got so greedy when she saw all the gold. She tried to entice the dwarfs to give her the source code. The dwarfs refused. She offered more and more [gold] and one day the dwarfs gave away the game to the bad witch.
The witches' best friend was "Mathemagician", a mathematic genius. He took a close look at the game and said "you have to make it appear easy to get big in the game so many will start trying it". So she did. It worked fantastic. But a short time later he told her "watch out, there are not so many new players coming in and we cannot make it even easier because the older plasyers get angry". "only money counts", the witch said. Mathemagician went away, but one day he came back: "Now look: the game is so easy for beginners, but there are not so many players starting and, even worse, they do not spend so much money anymore". the witch couldn't believe it: "see the figures, they are great", she said. But Mathemagician said "yes, but most of the money now comes from big players getting bigger and not from the beginners. and the bigger player are angry".

At this pace it never ends. Im a max th9 aside from walls and heroes and I get hit by th10s for 2500, big deal cause I look at all the lower th9s and th8s that I was crushing for 2500 and realized it's fair. It's a dog eat dog game.
Dont need losers using dark and cicumventing the point of the game, which is to ATTACK TO STEAL RESOURCES AND DEAL DAMAGE.
I think ink the spells should still damage the Storages, but you should get no loot for doing the damage. Especially with earthquake being brought into the game. That would be wayyyy tooo easy to steal guys DE without actually doing anything.
I cant believe how many people complaining about zapping!! When i was th7 they didnt even have a drill so quit complaining lol..
And stop complaining about barching. Add a few (6-10) giants. They dont take that long to train!

Uhhh dude you fail to realize that as a th9, your going to crush a lot of th8 bases for 2500 also. So that means they should be able to lightning th9s? When will it end?
Supercell made ade a great call, cause most of the ♥♥♥♥s using lightning weren't using it for revenge. They would snipe my townhall then use a few lightning to steal dark, that I just worked hard getting the right way, with troops stealing it. Not lightning spells
Stop whining. I think lots of people like the idea of the new spells and what they can do. Also im pretty sure 4 lvl one earthquakes do not take down max walls. 4 max earthquakes do. So I doubt 4 lvl 1s do.
Also so love the poison. It's not fool proof at all just have to use different troops on defense. Very nice in war to have poison to deal on cc.

Please please PLEASE do something to fix the Queen's AI. I don't know what made Supercell feel the need to change her but she's totally nerfed now. I can't get her to follow any sort of path even if I use wb's to break a clear line to the center. She just wanders off and ends up roaming around the outside shooting at nonsense.
She won't even target nearest defenses that are SHOOTING AT HER. She would rather shoot an air defense off in the distance while getting killed....
I get the whole "don't shoot at useless walls" idea, but ♥♥♥ she won't shoot at ANY walls anymore. She just walks around everything which basically makes her useless.
Whatever amount of dumb was added to her Cheerios, please take it back.
I'll likely repeat various themes but my thoughts on the update:
1. Dark Spells - I like the addition and think there will be some interesting combinations in future wars. I'll see how it plays out for the poison level 1 on CC troops. I'd hate to see one spell eliminate a lot of CC options but will hold judgement until I see the impacts on more wars.
2. No DE zapping - Fan of this update although I would have rather seen it as a spell or some other option where the person can cast the spell and an attacker has to gamble on whether or not the storages are protected. Just adds more "gaming" to the play which I like.
3. Air Sweeper - Waiting on judgement
4. Queen AI - I just unlocked the queen on the day of the update so I do not have experience on how she reacted before. However, it does seem that a lot of examples of extreme avoidance to walls are popping up. I like the suggestion that the spacing for the next object vs. the distance through a wall be dialed back a bit. Seems like a balance to everything. Like I said, not enough prior to experience to say it is that much worse.
5. "Sticky Buttons" - A lot of users are seeing this and I've had it happen a lot. I think this one needs to be tweaked back b/c it really impacts all phases of the game. I've put down walls of giants and prior to updating my SF, healed a nice patch of grass with a double tap. I think a simple fix is to just revert it back to the sensitivity it had before and be done with it. Nobody seemed to really be complaining before. I get the "palm swipe" by accident but that might happen once in a great while and didn't cost a match all the time.
6. Barch Nerf - I'm ok with the price increase. I don't have to like it but I think the bigger issue is the impact of the archer towers coupled with the increased hit points. I remember putting out a first barch attack post update and by the time I got my archers laid down (sticky buttons delayed) I wondered where the heck my meat shield went. I've adapted and now add some giants to the mix but certainly am not getting as deep into a base as I used to. I just have to wonder how this change along with the sticky buttons may impact the casual user. I could see this being frustrating as they have to wait for longer armies and get one or two battles in vs. several with better results.
Everyone says to learn to attack better but frankly, I'd suspect the majority of people have used that method prior to the recent "nerf" at some point. It worked and it was efficient. It will be interesting to see how this all impacts the casual user. That is why I'd be fine with reducing the profit. It seems to me that all of the changes almost are a means to slow down the progress of players. I noticed last update that the loot was much better so maybe they noticed that player advancement was speeding up. Maybe TH11 is on the radar but not ready and slowing progress will keep interest in the higher levels until it is ready. Maybe 11 isn't on the radar either but just a thought I had.

I'm also peeved about the new Barch changes. So you're gonna charge me more per raid and also give my troops less HP? Tell me how that makes sense?

Queen AI - getting used to it by taking a jump spell at all times, but it still doesn't always work. I'm yet to be convinced this is better, but when you understand it it's not necessarily worse either. Just don't understand the need for a change which doesn't overall make her better...just different and stupid in other ways.
Barch cost increase - I've completely gotten over that one already, it was simply too cheap and too strong. Actually glad it's nerfed helps bring variety back.
Faster archer towers - Again unless I'm using Barch I don't notice it. Barch needed to be nerfed.
Building HP increase - Since moving on from Barch I don't notice it all that much, except a Cloaked Queen cannot one shot max collectors anymore. That part disappoints me, I worked so damn hard to get her to lv 40 JUST to one hit kill things...and she cannot do it an much anymore. Feels like an AQ nerf too.
Poison - Only spell I have at this stage but I like it, while it can be very effective. It's radius is not that large and you MUST lock troops in position for it to work. Un-lurable clan castles still have an advantage where troops will spread and continue to move. The fact it kills slowly balances it...although that may be negated when the spell is maxed. I play to max this ASAP as it looks like a clutch CC killer.
Dark Spell Factory - Overall great addition to the game, but it just made wars more DE expensive. Wars are already terribly DE expense, you pretty much never make a DE profit in war; and that is when you win. Now it's even worse. Please boost the dark elixir returns in war to balance it out.
Profile DE spell bug - It's annoyed but I see SuperCell are aware, hope it's fixed soon. Even with an optional update.
No more zaps - I like it, storages have more meaning now.
Quicker spells / Queued spells - Love it! Huge tick, how when you boost everything spells keep up the pace a bit better; that's how it should be.
Cheaper Dragon / PEKKA - Happy with that, they were just far too expensive.
But funny yr telling me zapping is bad, because storages behind walls, but cc troops dont matter or heros? So i guess i should just stop filling war ccs now, cause whats the point
The new profile looks great but in the top middle, in that space could you place the clan badge larger like the badge of the league? i think it would see really cool :cool:
Awesome update. Love the new content and love the tweaks.
I like the direction the game is going by making it easier to deal with the cc, and stopping zapping was a welcome change.
But my favorite change would be spells, saving 100 minutes on spells is so good its absurd!:D
Ai changes is a positive change too, but its too extreme and could do with some tweaking.
Queen AI is still total ♥♥♥♥. She goes around bases and Never goes to the center of the base.
She never takes my jump spell either.
Update is terrible.
bring back lightning spells purpose. with the upgrade, the lightning spell along with cost upgrades are putting players at disadvantages. I am sure every player has zapped and still do, and if they said "no" then that would be a lie. I think that the best solution for protecting storage bases would be a defensive spell that players can put on their storages or defenses. This in my mind makes more sense. make the defensive spell last for 12-24 hours depending on the level. A lot of players from my community along with myself dislike this upgrade already. I think that COC was in a healthy state with the last upgrade, but the new changes prove a little too challenging for kids and takes away opportunities for players to not only level up but build troops to stay active in the game.
I understand that u changed the a.i of queen and w.b because this forum was flooded with such complaints. Pesonally i have no complaint with my queen but if the majority of the forum complains then there must be something. Now the ♥♥♥♥ed up part is why do you change the a.i of giants( why fix which is not broken)!! And what is hard in coding the a.i of wall breakers to simply move forward and clear the wall that is in front of them. If i want to clear the side walls then ill deploy it form the side.!!! Now you nake giants obsolete(literally)... I dont mind if u guys increase the price of barbarians and archers but why change the ai when it is not birken. Who are your beta tester??? Those youtubers i presume?? My suggestions:; For your beta tester use those who raid normally with at least 1month of raiding using differnt troops. Now my giant archer combo is useless. Im not gonna include the stupid king. I was farming non-stop for valkyre queens and golems non stop now with my giants visiting he mars i cnat even penetrate the centre anymore ... Arghhh

The "troops avoid empty cells" sounds great but is a seriously flawed logic in practice. It completely prevents the ability to funnel troops effectively, as soon as the cell you are funneling into is cleared out, troops WILL NOT go into the cell and those in it WILL exit. Got that DE storage sitting right next to that cell and want to send archers on to take it down? Too bad... They are going to the other side of the base, even though that DE is the closest, the AI has determined it's a dead cell so they shouldn't go in it.
The jump spell also seems to have ZERO priority now as well.
I don't care about anything else that changed, this single issue is killing the game for me.
You guys really broke the game with the so called AI "improvements". Leave everything you added, undo your "improvements", and then look up the definition of the word improvement.

I'm with the majority here..Please listen SC and fix the appalling new AI for our Lady of Walls...There is no way to 'learn' or 'adapt' to a Queen that simply won't go to centre even when perfectly funnelled. It's a lottery now and attacks shouldn't be a lottery...
Whenever Archer Queen gets hit by Archer Tower, she needs 3 mins recovery even after using her skill then end battle immediately.
