Where did you read that cup offers would be restricted like that? I didn't see that in the release notes, and honestly, that doesn't make any sense.

It was in the sneak peeks but it has been removed and there is a link there now and no mention of the cups !
it was there because I read it and we was talking about it in our clan

I like the new spell and troop screens, especially now that you can cue your spells while attacking. The rest will be determined later after I update everything. :)
