My barb king totally ignores the DE storage that is right next to it and yet goes around the whole base to be smashed by a wizard tower, this is ridiculous. Please fix the troop AI supercell.
and is there any possibility we could get zapping back again.
Everyone has complained about the Wall Breakers, but what about the Healer's AI. I raid with GiBArch, and throw a Healer and Wall Breakers into the mix to help penetrate to the core. The Healer's AI is garbage right now!
I don't know how many times I've had raids fail because the Healer feels compelled to ignore the Giants (who are taking damage). Instead she chooses to heal the Barbarians and Archers (who are not taking damage) that are wandering aimlessly around the outer edges. What a frustrating disappointment!
Some things I really like, some things I don't care for.
First, THANK YOU for eliminating DE zapping, this might have been the most annoying aspect of CoC for me and I really don't understand the mentality of a person who thinks it was actually good for the game. Zero strategy, zero skill, just super annoying. Even barch takes some minimal level of skill at least. So, good job getting rid of it.
Also like the new army interface, makes things easier.
I don't really get the need for the second sweeper, I mean I personally don't do a lot of air attacks but it seems a little bit excessive to nerf air attacks so badly. Was this really necessary? It seems the devs are aiming for even more of a gowipe vs. gowipe war experience than we already have, trying to eliminate any other viable types of attacks.
The most annoying part of the update to me is it is now for some reason a lot more difficult to select the troop/spell you want during an attack... Soooo many times I try to pick a troop and it just stays on the one I had selected before. I have to remind myself to keep my finger on the button for almost a "one mississippi" to make sure it gets selected. Dropped many heals in the middle of nowhere so far... Was this change intentional? If so this is another one that I don't understand the need for as I don't recall hearing too many people complaining that it was too easy to change your troop selection during battle.
It's a mixed bag for me.
Regarding the interface upgrades, well done. Much easier, profile pages provide the relevant information right up top. A+
Dark spells: meh. Haven't used them enough to have an opinion one way or the other. Earthquake seems like it could be a game changer once maxed. B-
Troop AI: I understand the attempted fix, but it is a bit ridiculous. Even if a building is left in a compartment, troops are pulling off a almost down wall, pulling out of the center of a base, and either starting on a new, full health wall, or just circling around to get smashed. Severe fail.
Barch cost: Fail. Already noticing much lower availability of elixir when raiding.
No upgrading heros in war: Cmon. Either take out the upgrading defenses, or add upgrading heros. The code isn't that complicated. Huge fail.
With all the upgrades to defenses and buildings, you'd think th9 would get level 4 pekka, another fail.
Overall, like the interface, but everything else seems poorly thought out and/or executed.

I'm also experience the new training window randomly close while I'm toggling between barracks. While scrolling with the arrows the whole window will just close. It's very frustrating.
I've mentioned it before, but I'd like to reiterate how broken the Archer Queen is now. She targets the most ridiculous buildings and she completely avoids the center. Instead of shooting pointless walls, she now refuses to shoot any walls at all. I've even used wall breakers to make a clear path to the center but she just wanders off around the outside of the base. This is a huge flaw and needs to be addressed.
The changes to Barch are also were a bad move in my opinion. Higher cost and less HP? Who though that was gonna be a good idea? And not to mention the complete lack of elixir in raids now......
Troops seem to only want to attack building outside of middle. They refuse to hit a building close to the, instead go around the base. No matter how u place them, even if you drop them in the middle of a base they leave the middle and go to the outside...ok well football season is almost here.
I don't understand what was so wrong with it before that they needed to change it so much? Raids used to be fun now they just ♥♥♥♥ me off.
100% agree, the new Ai is horrible. I deploy just to watch troops split off left and right, nothing goes in. Frustrating to say the least. They dark spells etc are great but please restore the troop Ai, this just sux.Quote:
