is there any way to know that enemy clan castle contain troops??? even the defense were to so strong which i could easily win....i got defeated due strong troop from clan castle, so is there any way to know that base clan castle in full of troops??????

Here's a little tips based from my experiences in clan wars:
At th 5 below there's a high chance that there will be valks and wizards there
At th 6 to th7 high chance it's either a Dragon or combination of Valks, Wiz, Witch, and archers
At Th 8 above high chance it's a combination of one dragon, wiz, witch, and archers
So in summary most common cc troops are Dragons, witch, archers, and wiz
I rarely see Golems, giants, etc. but I do seen some clans use them as war cc troops
