I quite like this idea, a lot of people using the wrong words.

This would help the premature players a lot because they will have weaker troops at a higher TH and can't raid as much as they would of if they was a lower level.

JohnMM the reason I am quoting you is because you asked a question that was already answered. This is for players that have realised they have made a mistake. They want to roll back, they are trying to re-ground themselves with a good base to go off on again.

Sometimes if I have a project I've messed up in life rather than try and salvage it I scrap it or go back a few steps and re-start because I know what I've done wrong. You rushed for a reason there for you are a "rusher" some players think having a high TH is cool and will help them grow when it doesn't these are your premature rushers or "premies".

I like the idea and support this! OP you may want to offer costs/amounts require to sacrifice each TH level.

Since you lose so much that you already put loot into, and you will eventually have to "re-spend" all that, I don't think it should cost much. Or maybe even nothing at all. If you click the button to downgrade, you immediately go down one TH level, lose everything that was new at the old TH level and then down to the current or max TH level for everything else, whichever is lower.

So if you're a rushed TH9 and just a couple things for example. You have an AQ, two L5 teslas and one L7 tesla, L6 barbs and L3 archers. You click the button, you go back to TH8 but you have no AQ, you have two L5 teslas and one L6 tesla, L5 barbs and L3 archers...as an example.

This is fair enough, but normally there has to be some kind of "sacrifice" but again I like it, would like to see it implemented.

Sure, but the sacrifice is you lose stuff you paid for, including the TH price, and you have to re-buy it all when you're really ready for an upgrade. So that TH9 ends up costing you 8m.

You know how people say that their account was ♥♥♥♥ed? and SC bans their account for 2 days. Some people get their names changed, some lose all their loot, but imagine if you got ♥♥♥♥ed, and someone rolled back your th.

Ok, and that would make support worse than it is right now, and imagine all the fake reports of people lying to get to a higher th, of course it would take evidence, and even take more time away from SC's hands. And in my opinion, it's your fault if you rushed.
