Roll Back Town Hall

What would be the problem with letting someone roll back their rushed town hall? Let's say you want to roll back a level. You can pay something, ie 1 million gold, and your TH immediately rolls back one level. You lose, with no refund anything that was at the higher town hall level, and anything that was upgraded to the higher town hall level is downgraded to the max for the lower town hall level.

Example: Rushed TH 9 with one xbow, one level 7 air defense and two level 6 air defense, and a queen. You pay the fee and roll the TH back to TH8, you lose the xbow and queen and you keep three air defenses, but they're all level 6. Trophies and XP levels are unchanged.

This could really help someone who didn't know what they were doing and rushed too fast and want to fix it, to make the game enjoyable again.

Great idea!

They took away the ability to sell buildings! This would only bring it back! Rushers need to learn through failure. That's how I learned.

It warns you when you upgrade your town hall. Sorry but it was your decision and you gotta stick with it. :(

I did. It hasn't been ruled out.

As an ex-premie TH9, I saw no need for this. I had TH8 barch already (so not a super-premie) and farming with them to get everything to TH9 level wasn't too hard, even though I was a premie.

You use one example to determine it's not needed? And one could say that you aren't even the example I'm referring to, as you said you had TH8 barch, which is really what every TH9 has when they first go there. I'm guessing you wouldn't feel the same way if you had L3 or L4 barch troops.

This dude was a rusher and now he wants everyone to feel his pain. I, for one, have never rushed my TH and am currently a maxed out TH9. I like this idea. Sometimes new players rush their TH too far ahead before they get a real grasp on the game, thus putting their progress in Limbo and ultimately causing them to quit. This option would alleviate that problem and get more new players to stick around. Good idea.

Also Allybug, this idea has NOT been ruled out as it is nowhere on the ruled out ideas list, so perhaps you should read them before posting instead of trying to sound like you know what you're talking about.

Why would anybody pay gold/elixir to lose things rushers rush cuss they want something like I rushed to th for cc but stopped so I'm surprised u think any1 would pay to lose there small efforts:thumbsdown:

Because the game stinks for people who rush. I have people in my clan who are rushed by about two TH levels and they're not having fun at all. In wars, they get matched up with real TH9s and it hurts the clan. Often, rushed bases just quit. How's that any good for Supercell?
