Dark elixir spell hurricane spell

I have a New idea for a dark spell called the hurricane spell, it would be a small little ring and any Defences that Shoots Projectiles (You too Mortar dont hide behind that Clan Castle) would have theyre arrows, cannon balls, what ever the heck the Air Defence Shoots would be thrown away from the troops in the ring and instead be thrown at other buildings (the thrown at other buildings part is optional) but theres a a catch so that its not extremely overpowered... the catch is that Wizard Towers, Teslas, and Inferno Towers would not be affected and would still hit the troops in the ring because they arent Solid but instead more of a element, the spell would last 3 seconds at lvl 1 and would last 6 seconds at lvl 3
and the way you would counter it is by adding another Wizards tower or giving wizard towers another upgrade
