i think its a anti 3 star anyways by the way the cc is on the side. Im not very good with loons but if thats the only way, which is best? Or would a wipe vartion or hogs be best? Im sure theres dgb in the middle somewhere. Ive got max th9 troops except for valks. King is 10 and queen is 8. Thanks for the help in advance!

You should be able to hig the hell out of that. You could also use a Valk hybrid or heck even GoWiWi...or GoWiVa
Take a golem and a few with with heroes to take out the queen, air defence, wizard tower and any other defences are a bonus. since the air defences are so exposed, take 4 lava hounds and like 14 balloons to wreck the rest of the base. Put 2 hounds on the first air defence with targeted balloons on the defences around it. Just before the first air defence is about to go down, place another hound on the second air defence with more balloons. then do the same for the last air defence. Bring a few goblins and a wiz for cleanup. Then bam, 3 star.
Wow that base is a gift. Lavaloon with a few hogs will crush that base.
1) Lure the cc
2) Drop a golem, heroes, and a few wizards near the archer queen (to take out the archer queen and the air defence nearby)
3) Lightning the cc troops
4) Drop 3-4 hogs to take out the air defence in the north
5) Drop the rest of the army in typical lavaloon style
Troops Composition:
1 Golem (max level in the cc)
3 Lava Hounds
4 Hogs
18 Balloons
4 wizards
2 wallbreakers
3 Rage
1 Lightning

Standard hogs on this should be fine. Just pull the cc to archer queen corner with 1 giant.
