I'm at TH5 and everything is maxed except my mines and drills, it going to take about a month to maxed them all. Should I skip maxing them and got to TH6 ?

you want to max them ASAP for each the because then at th8-10 this wont a problem and you can focus on the more important stuff! SO MAX OUT ASAP!!!!
Go to TH6. While it's sort of denying free loot, at your level you want to progress as fast as possible.
