:mad: Its the second time a Derby task was deleted by its own. I took a Help Task. And after I helped two people the Task wasnt there anymore. After taking a look into my "done Tasks" list I saw it was delete. IT WASNT ME!

BTW the most common cause of the lost derby task is that the user deleted his own task. :)

If you don't think you could possibly have deleted the task yourself by accident, you'll need to contact support directly through the in-game settings. Only they can assist.

I think the main reason to post here is so that SC can see if there is a trend, but specific problems are best done through the game so that SC can get more detailed information about your farm. The moderators here can take the trends or issues to someone at SC, but it is still probably better for them to have the more detailed information that the in-game ticket can give them.Quote:

I don't know if 2 occurrences make a trend but here's my two cents. On two separate occasions my chosen ticket has been deleted. The circumstances were exactly the same, I was mid-way through a 320 production ticket and was deleting smaller tickets on the board when this happened. My chosen ticket both times was on the bottom left side of the board, I always start deleting inferior tickets from the top right hand side downward, then the middle column and then the left column. On both occasions when attempting to delete the lower right ticket my chosen ticket has been deleted. The lower right ticket is one row higher and two tickets over from my chosen ticket which was on the far left side, both times. The first time this happened I could not see how I could have accidentally deleted my own ticket but I let it go and chalked it up to that but since that first occurrence I have been VERY careful when deleting tickets. This was no accident, there is a bug and this little bug probably will cost our small neighborhood the gold.

Several people in my hood have too lost their tasks like this. 2 were on a harvesting task, came to harvest items and tasks had gone. These are not stupid people. Of course when informing SC they were told they must have trashed or their tasks had expired. Another was trucking, went to collect points and boom, task gone. Same condescending reply from support. All tasks were high points. Must be some sort of glitch?
This is exactly why I've chosen not to submit a help/trouble ticket with supercell. What I've decided to do in the future is only trash tickets when I don't have one chosen so that there's no chance of "accidentally " deleting my ticket.Quote:

This happened on our nh, Hexy's haven, to our leader lil'hexy's farm. She was doing a help task and while she was watering at a neighbor her task went grey.
she has reported this, too. She used diamonds to bring the task up for herself, so the situation is theat the nh will likely stop playing if this is not fixed.

And yet no response, no refund and it happened again last night. The I game help said basically be more careful and the wording is different when it's your own task. I didn't trash my own task and I was being so freaking slow and deliberate it was annoying! I and my family are taking a break until this is fixed, or maybe forever. This ruins the Derby, which we thought was a fabulous change.

Small, low point tasks forcing one to use diamonds to refresh board in hope of 320 pt task. Repeatedly needing to refresh.

we play hard to achieve upper level only to be given tasks so low there's no way to maintain level. I think thus far I've trashed appx 1000 tasks. To no avail,of course.
I think SC is missing the important point here when they brush off issues with "10/30/whatever number diamonds" and that is that the derby is a team effort and the people who have lost their tasks are angry/unhappy because THEY FEEL THEY HAVE LET THEIR TEAM DOWN! I just cannot say in simpler terms.
In my team people have been crying because they feel they messed up a whole week for the team (unfairly, on top of it, as they did not delete the task it went in a glitch!).
You cannot fix that kind of an issue with a couple of diamonds. A lot of these people have bought thousands of diamonds, and the only way to fix this issue is to give them the task back. Simple!
In any case this has certainly made our team reconsider the way derby is played and I can tell you the number of diamonds spent on the game is going to drop as you never know if the result of spending is going to be robbed from you. This is what is happening this week (you lose a 320 task when you're 28/30 done, a task you have flipped yourself with diamonds). You do understand that nobody would trash a 320 task when it is almost done?

So happy you received anything! I was given a kiss off - you need to be more careful. When it happened to me I was on my 6th boat! Then they had the nerve to say that I could always purchase an extra task to make up for the trashed task that I didn't trash! Of course I told them that it wouldn't be an extra in that case and my whole hood just stopped playing that derby, no diamonds were spent. What is the point? All I wanted was my task back - even if I had to do it again...
The Derby is a team event, lots of people put a weeks worth of time and resources into it and to lose it all because of a game glitch is just not right. In my case, this was a couple months ago - before the leagues, I think. But same stuff, same result.
