War Castle Clan Contributors and Control

Good Day!.

This is my first post to this forum so i hope i correctly followed the guidelines as much as possible. :D

So my idea & feature request is.
War Castle Clan (War CC) Contributors and Control.

So here's my story:
We are managing a newly established clan and we want it to be well disciplined.
right now we are accepting new members to join in war and we ask them to behave in wars,
We, coleaders donates troops in war castle clan and give them what they ask in their request.
but unfortunately, some of our members in clan "troll" the donations and give troops that were not asked.
and we cannot determine who's doing this.

Our temporary solution is this,
We train troops before searching and fill up the war CC early to avoid those trolls.

then we came to this idea.

Our idea is this.
What if the clan has the name of the contributors listed and their troops donated

Example:

War Donation Logs:

Player 1 Donated 1x Dragon to Player 2.
Player 1 Donated 4x Wiz to Player 4.
Player 4 Removed 4x Wiz.
Player 2 Donated 1 Barbarian to Player 3.

Also if possible, for Control, our idea is to have an assignment for the donators.
for example:

The Leader/Coleader has the power to assign members who will be able donate in the War CC.

Limit is like. 10members in war are able to donate troops.
Player 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10.

The aim of this Idea is to determine who are the contributors in war CC and what they donate. and to
Control the Donation of troops in war.

if there are any possible solution and other ideas related to this, we would be gladly to listen.
