How to 3 star this base

Gowipe is never going to 3-star, unless you have level 3 Pekkas... which you probably don't have I'm guessing since you posted at all.

If you have level 3 hogs or higher, and level 4 heal spell or higher, that base has no double giant bombs and is therefore hoggable. My formula is 30 hogs, 16 wizards, 1 giant, 2 archers, 4 barbs. The giant to trigger cc, arch to pull outside, barbs to distract and few wiz to kill cc troops. Bonus points for doing it on the BK side so you distract the BK with your Bk and protect your wizards afterward with your BK. Then send 3 sets of 10 hogs to cover one whole side of the base, use heals to cover as much of the middle as possible. Drop heals just before hogs run into a region, not just after. Use the few extra wiz only as the hogs are finishing defenses. They are critical for clean-up, but if the hogs slow down, put them near the hogs to help finish the last defenses.
