Lock in

This feature would allow the leaders and co leaders to lock someone in so they can't be kicked by anyone but them or a higher ranking person
to better explain here's a chart

Leader:can lock in elder or member and they can't be kicked no matter what but they can still leave if they want

Co-leader:can lock in elder or member but the people they lock can be unlocked/kicked by the leader and can still leve if they want

Elder:cant lock in but if looked in can leave

Member:can't lock in but if locked in can leave

When locked in a small green closed lock will appear next to their name saying that they are locked in

My guess is that they gave co to someone and that co kicked people.

OP, don't give co to random people.

Maybe you have a friend who you want to be in your clan because your there friend but maybe there below requirements or are inactive half the time that's why

Then ask the leader/co's not to kick him and don't let him war (unless you're desperate) until he reaches the requirements?

Yea but there's always that elder who says ok but then kicks them

So supercell makes an entirely new feature just for those few troll players out there...somewhere? Mmmm...don't think so.

I've seen atleast 10 troll players who leave and join until they fill up the chat and players who get promoted and then start kicking not to mention the I need free co people and many many more such as spammers,request and leave people,donate 5 and ask for Promotion,yada yada yada and so on
