Trophy Farming

I need a army for getting at least 1 star on bases. My only problem is I don't have a troop set up for gaining at least 1 star that trains quickly I am TH 8 with access to valkyrie and pekkas elixir is not my problem time is. Any ideas all my troops are maxed th 7 troops with the exception of hogs who are level 1 I dont want to have to use spells any tips. I am sick of going for exposed th they dont give enough trophies and at gold 2 they are hard to find I am trying to get to crystal for the de loot bonus Last thing I am sitting on around 10,000 DE.
