As much as I hate waiting for troops/spells to upgrade, this is a terrible idea. Everyone would be rusing to TH10. Three staring bases in wars would be too easy bc everyone would have max troops that much quicker.

things are too expensive for most people to manage that and lab upgrades are already way faster than builder upgrades
